We created two recipes to enjoy a Corona beer in true Xcaret style

There are always reasons to celebrate, which we know well in Mexico. However, this time, we want to take advantage of the fact that two beloved Mexican brands have come together to make a special toast.

If something unites Xcaret and Corona beer, it's their love for Mexico, warmth, and way of dreaming big.

We were inspired to create two beer cocktail recipes with Corona, which we recommend enjoying on the beach under a palm tree in the Mexican Caribbean sun.

If you want to learn more about these two Mexican brands, here's a bit of information:

Xcaret is an eco-archaeological theme park in the Riviera Maya in Quintana Roo, Mexico. This park is known for offering its visitors a unique combination of natural, cultural, and recreational attractions in an environment that highlights the richness of the region's flora and fauna, as well as Mexican history and culture.

Visitors at Xcaret can enjoy various attractions and activities, including swimming in underground rivers, exploring snorkeling areas, relaxing on beaches, experiencing live cultural performances featuring traditional Mexican dance and music, and viewing art and crafts exhibitions. A coral reef aquarium, a butterfly pavilion, and an aviary showcase the area's biodiversity.

The park also organizes special events and celebrations and features a gastronomic offering highlighting the variety and authenticity of Mexican cuisine.

Xcaret has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Riviera Maya, appealing to those seeking nature adventures and wanting to immerse themselves in Mexican culture and history.

Corona is a Mexican beer brand that has gained international recognition. Grupo Modelo, one of the largest breweries in Mexico, produces the beer. Established in 1925, Grupo Modelo has played a significant role in the country's brewing industry.

Corona is known for its lager beer, characterized by its light and refreshing qualities. Its most iconic presentation is the Corona Extra, a light and smooth beer with a distinctive flavor that has gained popularity worldwide.

Besides Corona Extra, Grupo Modelo adapts other beer varieties to market preferences under the Corona brand, including Corona Light and Corona Premier.

It's important to note that despite its Mexican origin, Corona beer is enjoyed in numerous countries and is known for being a refreshing choice, especially in warm climates. The brand has contributed to the promotion of Mexican beer culture on the international stage.
