Step-by-Step: Planning Your Wedding at Xcaret

Believe it or not, planning a wedding at Xcaret is simpler than you might expect. Once you’re in touch with your coordinator, they’ll become your ally in designing a celebration that perfectly reflects your vision.

About three months before the big day, Xcaret’s team will reach out to make sure every detail is on track and nothing is overlooked.

Can I Bring My Wedding Planner?

Absolutely! Xcaret understands how important it is to work with someone you already trust. That’s why external wedding planners are always welcome, at no extra cost. The Xcaret Weddings Team will gladly collaborate with your personal planner to make your dream celebration come true.

Xcaret Wedding Packages

To make the planning even easier, Xcaret offers a variety of wedding packages tailored to the needs and preferences of each couple. Some of the most popular include:

At Xcaret Hotels:

  • "Paraíso" Package – Available for symbolic, Catholic, or civil ceremonies; minimum of 30 guests.
  • At Xcaret Park:
  • a. "Amor y Mar" – For 30 guests; symbolic or Catholic ceremony at no extra charge.
  • b."Río de Amor" – For up to 70 guests; same ceremony options available.

All civil ceremonies require an additional fee.

    Guest Requirements & Key Details

If you choose to get married at Xcaret Hotels:

A minimum of 30 guests is required.

At least 80% of guests must stay for a minimum of three nights.

If you’re getting married at Xcaret Park:

    There’s no minimum stay required.

However, if you wish to receive special rates for lodging, you’ll need to reserve at least 11 rooms for a minimum of three nights.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

There’s no strict deadline, but popular months like May and November tend to fill up fast. It’s strongly recommended to book at least one year in advance to secure your preferred date.

However, if time is limited, the Xcaret team can assist in organizing your wedding in just one month. Keep in mind that Catholic weddings require about six months to complete paperwork through both dioceses.
