We know it’s hard to believe, but we have thought of everything so you can live an unforgettable visit to your favorite park or tour.
For us, your safety will always be important, that’s why in each of our experiences you can find lifeguards, who will be in charge to provide you all the help you while you enjoy our beaches, underground rivers, inlets, waterslides, and cenotes.

We have life vests so that all our visitors can enjoy incredible beach time. If you still feel indecisive, we also have shallow areas where you can swim like in the Xcaret cove, the hidden beach of Xel-Há or the Xplor Oasis.

In each of our underground rivers, we have emergency exits so you can go outside when you decide. If you want an easier to enjoy our parks, we have inner tubes to make your visit more relaxing, and you can find them in Xel-Há or Xcaret.

We also think about the young visitors, in fact, we have our “Children’s World” in Xcaret and Xel-Há with several activities so that they also enjoy their visit playing and exploring the surroundings.

The average depth of our rivers and creeks in Xcaret is between 4 feet and 8 feet. In Xel-Há, we have swimming areas up to a depth of 4 feet as in the area of the stingrays, which is in the inlet and the rivers vary between 4.5 feet and 14 feet.
