What to Wear

Wearing comfortable clothing is essential for physical activities during the race. The race includes a unique edition T-shirt each year, so wear it. Use athletic clothing that fits well, avoiding loose garments that could get caught on obstacles. Opt for sturdy sports shoes with a good grip and be prepared for your shoes to get wet and muddy. It's important to be ready for this and wear appropriate footwear.

A helmet is worn on the head, so you can't wear a cap. Women are advised to consider a hairstyle that accommodates the helmet for greater comfort and safety.

The race tests your strength, endurance, and bravery, but you decide how extreme you want your experience to be.
