Physicall activity help us to release endorphins, those little chemicals that act as natural painkillers and antidepressants. The feeling of euphoria after a good workout is not only real, but is one of the reasons why exercise can become a reliable source of joy.

Exercise is not only a physical activity; it is an opportunity to connect with your body and mind in a mindful way, today it is also an occasion for human connection in an increasingly digitally connected world, the trend of participating in group physical activities has taken hold. These are not simply workout sessions, but shared experiences. In this blog, I will tell you about some group fitness trends that you have to try.  

1.- Running to feel free

A simple pair of tennis shoes will be enough to start running through the streets of your city, a park or the beach, enjoying urban or natural landscapes that will awaken your adventurous and competitive spirit. You can start this activity on your own, however I recommend you to try it in a team. Running in a group will be a fun and different way to socialize, which will create a different impact on your performance and you will feel motivated to achieve new goals.

2.- Rebalance your emotions with a sunbath

Imagine yourself in front of the sea while listening to the swaying of the waves or in a forest with the sound of birdsong practicing Yoga enjoying the physical and emotional well-being of the energy of nature, while releasing tensions and accumulated stress.

Explore the surrounding landscape on two wheels while enjoying the air caressing your cheeks.
