Note: You can still buy your tickets at the box office, however, as part of the 360° Xafety model, the experiences have reduced their capacity and it’s advisable to schedule your visit in advance.
What happens after purchasing my park tickets online?
Wohoo! Your purchase was completed successfully. Now, how do you get your tickets? After making a successful payment, a coupon will arrive to your email address. You must print this coupon and present it at the ticket office on the day of your visit along with the credit card with which the payment was made and an official ID. It’s not possible to present it digitally.
In the case of hotels, all you need to do is present your ID and confirmation number.

Cancellations and date changes

- Cancelations made with more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the entrances won’t be refundable.
- Xperience Packages and Passports are not available for cancellation or refundable.
- Dream Activities are non-refundable.
- To cancel, email customerservice@xcaret.com and you’ll get a response within 48 hours.
- If you are looking for a refund, it will be effective according to the form of payment made. You can also carry out this operation through the previous email.
Can I reschedule my visit?
Yes! Your tickets are valid one year after your purchase.
