Xel-Há is an all-inclusive park, which means that with your admission ticket you can eat and drink in any of our restaurants as many times as you want, and enjoy all the drinks at the bars as well. We know that this can be complicated since it makes it very difficult to make a decision about in which restaurant to eat. But you don’t have to be concerned anymore because in this blog post we will talk about our restaurants and the culinary offer that each of them has for you.

Start your day with a spectacular view of turquoise waters and paradisiacal vegetation. Chula Vista is the only restaurant that opens its doors for breakfast. Having a privileged location in front of the primary inlet of the park, this restaurant serves breakfast from 9:30 to 11:30 in the morning.
During breakfast, you can delight your palate with fresh fruit, natural juices, hotcakes, French bread, Mexican eggs, refried beans, red and green chilaquiles, as well as Mexican delicacies such as beef picadillo, chicken tinga and much more. Are you ready to have breakfast at the hidden wonder?
This is a very delicious Mexican soup. It’s made with beef stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base. Lime, onions, and oregano are used to season the broth. If you are with a hangover this soup will be perfect for your breakfast.
This Mexican dish is made with corn tortillas cut in quarters and lightly fried. Green or red salsa is poured over the tortillas, called totopos. The mixture is simmered until the tortilla starts softening. Pulled chicken is sometimes added to the mix. It is commonly garnished with cream, shredded cheese, raw onions and avocado slices. Chilaquiles can be served with refried beans and eggs.
These tacos are made with a different kind of Mexican stew: beef, chicken, and pork. You can accompany this dish with guacamole, beans or tomato sauces.

Cochinita Pibil is one of the most renowned dishes from the Yucatán state, and we totally love it. This plate is traditionally prepared in a pit, where the meat with seasonings is wrapped in banana leaves and slowly baked in this underground oven, heated with stones placed atop. After that, the banana leaf pack is dug out and served for your enjoyment.
