Xel-Há is an all-inclusive park, which means that with your admission ticket you can eat and drink in any of our restaurants as many times as you want, and enjoy all the drinks at the bars as well. We know that this can be complicated since it makes it very difficult to make a decision about in which restaurant to eat. But you don’t have to be concerned anymore because in this blog post we will talk about our restaurants and the culinary offer that each of them has for you.
Xel-Há has one Mexican restaurant, one with international food and one for snacks. Each one of them will offer you excellent service as well as exquisite cuisine that will make you want to return again and again to this hidden wonder.

Start your day with a spectacular view of turquoise waters and paradisiacal vegetation. Chula Vista is the only restaurant that opens its doors for breakfast. Having a privileged location in front of the primary inlet of the park, this restaurant serves breakfast from 9:30 to 11:30 in the morning.
During breakfast, you can delight your palate with fresh fruit, natural juices, hotcakes, French bread, Mexican eggs, refried beans, red and green chilaquiles, as well as Mexican delicacies such as beef picadillo, chicken tinga and much more. Are you ready to have breakfast at the hidden wonder?
This is a very delicious Mexican soup. It’s made with beef stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base. Lime, onions, and oregano are used to season the broth. If you are with a hangover this soup will be perfect for your breakfast.
This Mexican dish is made with corn tortillas cut in quarters and lightly fried. Green or red salsa is poured over the tortillas, called totopos. The mixture is simmered until the tortilla starts softening. Pulled chicken is sometimes added to the mix. It is commonly garnished with cream, shredded cheese, raw onions and avocado slices. Chilaquiles can be served with refried beans and eggs.
These tacos are made with a different kind of Mexican stew: beef, chicken, and pork. You can accompany this dish with guacamole, beans or tomato sauces.

Among the dishes that we offer daily are: chipotle meatballs, beef tinga, pork rinds in green sauce, Veracruz fish, chicken mole, chicken fajitas, lime soup, tortilla soup, red chicken pozole, as well as various appetizers, among them, burritos, flautas, quesadillas, panuchos and chicken tamales. If you love desserts, you already have a double reason to choose the Cocina del Pueblo, as it has desserts such as tres leches cake, tapioca with strawberry, bananas with cream, and gelatin.
Our delicious soup is made with chicken broth combined with roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic, chiles and tortillas, cut into strips and fried. It is served with pieces of pasilla chiles, avocado, and sour cream. To open the appetite, this soup is perfect.
You will love this Mexican dish. It’s our traditional soup made with corn and pork. We season this soup with pepper, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, lettuce, and limes.
This dish is art in itself because the sauce is made with more than 20 ingredients, including chili peppers and chocolate, which works to counteract the heat of the chili peppers, but the chocolate does not dominate. This sauce is most often served over pork.
Cochinita Pibil is one of the most renowned dishes from the Yucatán state, and we totally love it. This plate is traditionally prepared in a pit, where the meat with seasonings is wrapped in banana leaves and slowly baked in this underground oven, heated with stones placed atop. After that, the banana leaf pack is dug out and served for your enjoyment.
At La Cocina del Pueblo restaurant you will fall in love with the desserts. We have chocolate cake, rice pudding, cornbread, homemade flan, tapioca and much more.
For lunch, Chula Vista restaurant opens from 11:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. If you don’t have a craving for Mexican food, you may want to choose this international cuisine restaurant, which offers a wide selection of foods for all tastes. From pasta, pizza, seafood, classic Mexican snacks, to a hamburger and hot dog station. Also, you can’t miss the salad bar and the desserts.

If you are one of those who prefer to take something quickly and continue enjoying the activities offered by the park, we recommend you to go for a snack at La Terraza restaurant. This restaurant is the favorite of families with children, since it has a menu very adept to their tastes: hamburgers, chicken wings, pizza, hot dogs, potato wedges, French fries, nachos, spaghetti, beef and chicken fajitas, as well as delicious desserts such as mini chocolate cake, cheesecake, and brownies.
This restaurant is located next to the Chula Vista restaurant and is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This plate is made from fresh raw fish and shrimp cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají or chili peppers. We add seasonings, such as chopped onions, salt, and cilantro.
