How Much Does the Xcaret Photo Package Cost?

You can check the price of the photo package at the park ticket booths, on the photography website, through the customer service center, or at designated sales booths. Prices vary depending on the number of people in the photos (from 1 to 10 individuals).

For Hotel Xcaret Guests

The price of the digital package depends on:
The number of guests per room
The number of parks you visit

Note: The photo package is not included in your park admission fee.

Where to Buy the Xcaret Photo Package?

Purchasing your photo package is quick and easy. There are multiple ways to buy it, so you can choose what works best for you:

Before Your Visit

Purchase it in advance when buying your park tickets online.

Call the customer service center.

Visit the sales booths at Xcaret Hotels.

During Your Visit

Buy your package at the park stores.

At Hotel Xcaret Arte and Casa de la Playa, purchase it via Apple TV.

Get it directly from the tour photographers.

After Your Visit

Forgot to buy your package? No problem! You can still purchase it later and download your photos from Xcaret’s photography website or by contacting the photo customer service center. Just provide:

The park/hotel you visited

Your bracelet details

The date of your visit

How to Take Photos at Xcaret Parks?

Now for the fun part—getting your pictures taken! The process depends on the park or tour you’re visiting.

Types of Photos:

Xelfies (selfie stations): Available at Xenses, Xplor, and Xcaret. Simply scan your bracelet or helmet at designated spots to capture stunning scenery.

Professional Photographers: Available at Xel-Há, Xoximilco, Xenotes, and Xcaret Xailing, where expert photographers will help you strike the perfect pose.

How the Photo System Works in Different Parks:

Helmets: Used at Xplor and Xplor Fuego. Your helmet has an integrated chip that activates cameras throughout the park.

Bracelets: Used at Xcaret, Xenses, Xel-Há, Xoximilco, Xenotes, Xcaret Xailing, and Xcaret Hotels. Scan it at photo stations or when a photographer takes your picture.

Tip: Take a picture of your helmet number or bracelet to make it easier to retrieve your photos later.

How to Download Your Photos?

Downloading your photos is simple! If you don’t remember the steps or want to check before purchasing, follow this guide:

Ways to Download Your Photos:

Website: Enter the download code from your purchase ticket on Xcaret’s photography website.

Xcaret & Hotels App: Use the "My Photos" section and enter your download code.

Important Notes:

Photos are available for download after your visit.

If you’re staying at Xcaret Hotels, you can download them after check-out.

You have 30 days to download your photos before they are removed from the system.

Dolphin photos, drone videos, and ATV Xxperience pictures are not included in the general photo package.

What to Do If You Can’t Download or View Your Photos?

If you have trouble accessing your photos, don’t hesitate to contact Xcaret’s photography team. Keep your purchase ticket handy, as it contains all the necessary information.
